wiper motors not working on 240 dl wagon 200

My front wiper works but the washer does not spray. My rear wiper and wiper washer do not work. I have already taken the motors out and briefly glanced at the wiring. Should I go ahead and replace the motors? It is not that expensive. Or, should I spend a little more time tinkering with the wiring? All input is graciously accepted.
