A/C Noise 700 1991

My 91 740 Turbo is experiencing an A/C problem. I can't seem to find the same problem anywhere on the board or in the FAQ. Anywho, with the temperatures hitting 95+ right now, the A/C is extremely important. Last year I noticed that the A/C didn't blow as cold when at a stand still. No big deal, I'm mostly on the highway. This year it has added a nasty squealing when I start moving from a stand still or if I turn the A/C on while driving. It only occurs when the A/C is on and it's particualry hot out. The car is for sale, but I'd like to fix it before I sell it. Any thoughts?
