Bolt demensions for trailer hitch mounting?? 200 1993

Hello all Bricksters:
Just got a trailer hitch for my 93 245 from eBay. However only a few nuts and washers were available for mounting. I have replaced these, but the four 17mm bolts that thread into the frame are missing. Anyone know their demensions?
Are the two big mutha bolts in the middle loose or are they part of the frame?
If loose, what demension are these?
