1987 Volvo 760 Turbo Problems 700 1987

Currently my Volvo is sitting in my garage, waiting for myself to replae the blown head gasket on it. Once that is fixed, the car will be driveable. My second problem plauging my car is that the turbo, does absolutely nothing. Right now I cant give too many details on what it's doing, The day the turbo stopped working I parked it in my garage and left it there with that out and my blown head gasket. Can someone please list a possibility of what may be causing my turbo not to work. Any help would be MUCH appreciated.
