Sylvania Silverstar Headlight bulbs? 700 1991

Is anyone using these bulbs and if so, are you pleased with them? I need more lighting as I spend a lot of time on the highway at night. I have used the so-called white bulbs before and they don't put out much light, it only looks bright as it is very white/blue. My regular halogens just don't cut it anymore. In the next few months I will be changing my fogs to HID driving lights but would like to have better headlight bulbs for a long trip this comming weekend.
