Looking at buying a 122, need advise 120-130 1967

There's a 1967 122S 2dr that's for sale nearby. I haven't actually gone to see the car yet, just got a description & pictures, but will be taking a look and drive soon. I have a 70' 144 so I'm familiar with a lot of the mechanicals. The car is cheap ($1300) and im told it has minimal rust and the motor is good. It needs interior, brake and front end work. It has a good auto trans (and I prefer the auto, have it in my 144). What are the more expensive mechanical repairs in these cars? What body parts are expensive and that I should make sure are in good shape? Are the interior parts expensive or hard to find? I'm told it has minor surface rust, but what areas are the most critical?

Also, is 1967 a good year? I've read that the 67-70's have the updated (same as 140's) rear suspension which is said to be better, is that true? Also, what desireable options/accessories were available on these cars? Was A/C ever offered (this one doesn't have it)? How about power brakes? What are the the noteable mechanical/driving differences between the 122 and 140? Thanks.
