Different engine, same engine management. Is it possible? 200

O.K. I have an 83 242 that has a really good body but a really bad engine. It runs well, but leaks oil, about a quart a week all from the block because the top half is good. It has a bit of a knock that has been around forever, even before I had to put a b21 head on it because the original warped.
My question to all the brilliant minds out there is if I were to get a b230ft, could I use the same engine management, just move the AMM and all other parts or would it be too much for the computer (i just got a new amm, computer, O2 sensor and several other pieces, when the head was replaced a couple months ago). I know I would have to use the block from a 240, so it would have to be a b23, for the distributor to be in the right place. Or is there a b230 turbo block with the hole for the right distributor placement. I would really appreciate some feedback.
