Different engine, same engine management. Is it possible? 200

In fact all replacement engine supplied by volvo for pre '85 is a B230. There is a service bulliten regarding installation, most involved part is adding an idler pulley to tension A/C belt. Just pull freeze plug out of block to install distributor.
Of course if you get a turbo engine then you will have to plug oil drain pipe hole in block. Thought some about this before, i would see if parts house has one of those expanding freeze plugs the right size.
Otherwise don't think extra displacment would effect your stock EFI system enough to be a problem.
