Idle varies (a lot) when car is cold. Ok when hot. Suggestions? 200 1987

Hi: Have a 1987 240 Wagon, Auto Trans, B230F engine. 176,000 miles.

This all started about 1 week ago.

In the morning when the car is started the idle fluctuates alot. By hundreds of rpm

When car warms up it seems to be ok. All duct work and vacumn hoses are in good shape.

Have a new air filter, also new fuel pump relay and new fuel filter. New coolent temp. sensor, also.

I swapped Air Mass Meters (AMM) from my other 1987 240. No change.

These symptoms appear when the car sits overnight and the ambient temp. is below 70 degrees F.

QUESTION:<\s>

1. I'm thinking possibility of a bad Fuel Pressure Regulator?

2. Maybe a bad coolant temp. sensor (even though the new one is 1 month old).

I don't believe it's a dirty throttle body

Any help or ideas would be appreciated. Thanks
