Volvo won't start (fuel problem?) 200

Hey everybody, drove to work today no probs. Had to move the car out of the way once again no probs. Go to leave, car wont start. Cranks over good, getting plenty of spark, but I dont belive its getting any gas. I tried to start over and over again even pumped the pedal alot. Ran around to check the plugs real quick, and they were dry as a bone. I pulled the line from the fuel pressure regulator and it was dry. I wasnt sure if that proved anything, at that point I was grasping for straws. My manual was at home over 50 miles away. I checked the 8Amp in-tank fuse #4 and I didnt get any reading, the 16Amp from the Main Fuel pump #6 shows 12Volts. Now I'm home checking the book and my baby is sick and so far from home. Please help us reunite and get back on the road again.
