light bulb in small tach 200

i've installed a small tach in my kids 92 244 (she'll never look at it, but i know it's there).it works great but the light in it doesn't come on with the other instrument lights. i used one of those scotch-lok (?) connectors to connect the lighting wire on the tach to a brown wire behind the instrument cluster. i think that connection is good. my question is how difficult is it to change the light bulb? what is the bulb size/spec? how do i get into the tach itself?
