780 glass sunroof into a 760 700 1988

My mechanic is parting out a 780 and I have dibs on the glass sunroof _IF_ it will fit in my 760.
He is not 100% sure if it'll fit or not, but is wiling to try....
To me everything looks the same and the opening is the same so?????

I just don't want to go through all the hassle of pulling both panels out, only to find they are not interchangeable.
