Still get pinging with 91/92 octane gas 700

I use good fuel, usually 91 or 92 octane gas. When I step on it, I still get pinging. Could it be my timing is off? What else should I check? Maybe this is part of the problem with me failing the Aircare test? (see other thread I have going). Thanks.
