My wife is upset that one seat belt on the 3rd seat of my wagon doesn't retract itself and with a loose belt, the kids aren't safe. A new belt is $156 at the dealer. I thought I could just take it apart and wind up the spring like a venitian blind, but the bolts are a 3 point socket, unavailable around here. (I even checked SnapOn). Any ideas?
