85 DL (B230F) won't start in cool weather 200 1985

Hello --

My 85 DL (B230F, 117K, automatic trans) won't start when the temperature is +/- 50 deg F. I cranks, but won't start. After the car sits in the sun for a while, it starts with no problem, and runs well.

Any ideas about what may be wrong and/or how I might diagnose the problem will be much appreciated.
