How To Stow Spare Tire And Tire Changing Tools 200 1990

Greetings and Salutations.
I am 2nd owner. Up to now, spare tire and changing tools were just put in wheel well any which way. I want to now to address the spare and its' tools. Is the scissor jack used to push the spare against the fender? Does the spare go in with the air nipple facing in or out? It seems the tire doesn't have much leeway between the power antenna and the tail light cover. etc. etc. Can someone explain where EVERY tool goes?
