Radiator Leak 900 1995

Our 95 940T with 75K miles just started a very small leak from the upper hose where in connects to the radiator.

A review of the FAQ and other recent posts leads me to believe that this must be the plastic connection and that it is time for a new radiator. How can I confirm that this is it, and not just that the hose clamp needs tightening or the hose needs replacement?
