which engine mount is correct for 88 740 manual ? 700

I want to replace the motor mounts in my 88 740 (non-turbo). It has the manual tranny. Jagworks has two different types of mounts depending on whether it is an automatic or manual trans... The manual trans mount looks like its made of solid rubber, while the auto mount looks like it has some kind of softer rubber in it.

What is the best type of engine mount to put it? any recommendations? Thanks.
