sunroof removal and sealing 700

I want to get rid of my stupid old sunroof. It rattles a little bit and i dont like sunroofs anyways. Not to mention i am getting the weight removal disease. If i yank the whole thing, whats a good way to seal the hole. I condsidered making some kind of removable insert or just covering the whole stinking thing over from the top. Either way, I have NO IDEA how i am going to do it. Suggestions please!?
