Occasionally my A/C blower motor doesn't automatically turn on when I start my car. The A/C is set to on. When it doesn't come on automatically, usually it will turn itself on about a minute or so into the drive. The blower motor works on all settings when it does work, though it has a little "bearing noise" at the "2" setting.
An example, it'll come on on the way to work, but when I leave from work it won't start up until a few minutes into my drive home.
Could there be a loose connection somewhere (if so, where could I check?) or is this signs of the motor going bad?
Thanks,
