Oiling Order 200 1985

Does anyone know the oiling sequence for the bottom end of a B230? I have a bad rod bearing on cylinder one, the journals are good so I'm going to try and replace it and see what happens. The front main bearing is showing a bunch of wear as well but the next one back between #1 and #2 is good. Does the motor oil from back to front or front to back? The head gasket was also gone on cylinder #1, what an unlucky cylinder.
