I have a 85' 240GL that has the typical rust in the trunk wheel well areas of the fenders. I recently picked up the plastic wrap-around trim (rear valence) and mud flaps from an 87 - I think. I plan on doing a quick Bondo/fiberglass patch on the rust and then installing this plastic valence to hide my poor body working skills. Has anyone else SUCCESSFULLY tried this?
