Rear brake discs - ATE or Girling - how to identify? 700 1991

I need to replace the rear pads and possibly the discs. How do I determine if they are Girling or ATE discs?

Btw, when you replace the rear pads and/or rotors, is there anything that is done involving the emergency brake? In other words, it is simply matter of unbolting the caliper, securing it, unbolting the discs, and bolting new discs on without having to mess with the parking brake?

... then simply replacing the pads similar to the front procedure, except for the pins?
