I've gone round after round with the dealer over my 1988 240 wagon's poor performance. Its got a new cat, O2 sensor, mass air sensor, fuel filter, cap, rotor, plugs, engine temp sensor, fuel preassure regulator,and multiple treatments with various gas additives. It still runs like hell and on the slightly hot side. Could it be the knock sensor? I'm tired of throwing money into this car and am starting to lose faith in Volvo. Please help me, I'm at the end of my rope.
