Carpet Cleaning 200 1987

I have an '87 245. After 192k miles, a messy 6 yr old son (and me) and the various juices, milk and pops spilt the carpet needs a good cleaning. Any ideas on the best way to do this?

Also any ideas on good cleaner for roofliner. I'm a smoler and its getting kind of nasty. I'm quitting and don't need the reminder.
