missing starter bolt??! 200

There should be two starter bolts on my '86 240 correct?

I believe I am missing the lower one.
Does anyone know what size of bolt I should get from the screw/bolt store? I don't think I could take my 60gal compressor/impact wrench to the junkyard. :(

I don't know how long this has been missing for... any bad things that may happen if I don't replace it soon?
