Jacking front end 200

I installed a heavier front sway bar yesterday -- http://radmannen.stavanger.kommune.no/ebrox/NewSway1.jpg
(The rear one will have to wait until I have picked up the new shocks.)

This is the first time I have lifted the whole front, but I thought the front crossmember would be a good jacking point. I ended up raising one corner at a time though, because;

a) The protective tray seemed to be in harm's way -- ok, I guess I could have removed that with all four wheels still on the ground.
b) I didn't trust 'that rectangular piece of metal' welded onto the crossmember exactly where I wanted to position the jack.

Have I been too timid? Is this indeed the spot for the jack?

Erling.
