Sounds cushy...
I do my work parallel parked on the street when I can, planning carefully to avoid street cleaning tickets, and seek out other locations when the street is unavailable or unsuitable. (parking garages, light industrial parking lots on sundays, etc.)
People look at you funny when you are moving your car to the other side of the street to avoid a ticket with no front seats installed and no dashboard, just squating in front of the wheel...
