Failed emissions today. Not by much. Should have studied first. 200 1988

Hi all.

Today i went to take the emissions test. I figured that i wouldhave pass this with flying colors but it did not happen. Here are the readings:


HC Standards .80 composite
Readings .82

CO Standards 15. composite
Readings 7.7

CO2 N/A
Readings 423.1


I passed the CO but failed the HC. What is my next move? The Air Team people told me to have my car checked out before bringing it back for another test.
Is something i can buy from the auto parts store to pass this BS test?
