How to aim Fog Lights 700 1987

I have the under the bumper factory fog lights on my 745.

My question is what is the proper procedure to correctly aim these foglights?

The FAQ has the procedure for headlights but I can not find anything about the fog lights (even searched the archive).

Anyone have any information on this?
