How to straighten bent rims??? 700 1989

I (no,not I..the car) has a front end wobble that is transmitted at slow speeds to the steering wheel...balanced the tires last night,replaced the bushings with poly ones,etc...have an appointment for an alignment tomorrow. New rotors are at home in the box,but I don't want to put them in if not needed.
When I was doing the tire balancing, I noticed that the rims were wobbling.
How to straighten these steel 15" OEM rims?
Any ideas??
Got one from the junkyard and it looks just as bad.
