will a turbo cam benefit my non-turbo b21 200

Hey, sorry for the barrage of questions, but my mind is workin'...

If I get a junkyard cam out of a b230 turbo (assuming it doesn't look toasted...) and put it in my 82 b21 wagon with the mech. injection, will it provide any hp or torque worth the effort?

Ok, I realise "worth the effort" is pretty subjective...
