About to buy 94 940 turbo Sedan - Any reservations 900 1994

I already have a S-70 and a V-70. I need a work car and have looked at a 94 Volvo 940 which has 155,000 miles. I drive alot of highway miles and want a safe car. All service is up to date and dealer knows the car well. The individual (not dealer) will take $4,000 and I am told the BB is more for wholesale. Only problem is the headliner is a little loose and a few dings and a small dent. Anything I should worry about before moving?

Any help would be great because I never staerted driving Volvos until 98.
