power steering pump 1991 940 16V 900

I noticed a post from blue940 in April 2002 re the pump on his 940 slanting in towards the engine and causing belt noise. I have been advised by a Volvo dealer that this pump does NOT use the rubber mount bushingsand I can't see any indication of any bushings. Does anyone know hhow to correct this alignment problem? Thanks- first time i have posted!
