lost bolt on intake manifold --- will it cause problems later? 200 1991

While changing my intake manifold gastket on a 1991 240, I lost the last manfold bolt (screws closest to the firewall). Everything runs ok, but now I need to replace the motor mounts. The shop that will do the replacement will attach an ENGINE PULLEY. I believe the last bolt was also partially holding one of the engine lift brackets. Will this cause problems? . . . Have just answered my own question?
