cracked exhaust manifold 700

I've just discovered what appears to be a crack in my exhaust manifold ('91 745SE). I thought that there may have been a blown gasket or the turbo to manifold connection was poor because of a broken stud. However now I'm thinking that my exhaust noise may have been coming from this crack. Does this sound reasonable? Can these cracks be repaired or do I have to cough up the big bucks for a new manifold? Are there any aftermarket options? Thanks in advance...
