Vibration noise at 45 to 60 MPH 700 1987

When driving on the freeway the car runs smoothly but when I accelerate to or is in the range between 45-60 MPH there is rather a loud vibration noise, over 60 MPH the noise disappears. Any enlightment greatly appreciated.
