Vibration noise at 45 to 60 MPH

could also be your engine mounts. open your hood and check the engine fan. if the fan is not pretty much sitting rouhgly dead center of the fan shroud, your mounts may have worn out and need replacing. there's also another method of checking having to do with the cross member or something.
