Fender help 120-130

Hey all,
I've got 1 pair of rusty fenders for my 122 and I am wondering if anyone has a source for fiberglass ones or already has some ok steel ones. My big problem with these things is the upper attachment surface is completely rusted through. Any other rust i can deal with, I just dont feel like doing a fab job on such a visable, non-bondoable part.

On the other hand, any suggestions for this problem would be great (replacement sheet metal parts, etc...)
