Fuel Injector and Pressure specs.... 700

I'm hoping someone can come up with a few things I'm looking for... First off, what's the fuel pressure supposed to be? (at idle? Engine off?)... oh, and i came up with a nice and easy way to hook up the pressure gauge, more when i get a pic i can post... Secondly, what are the specs on the fuel injectors... I already know they use the saturation type driver (as do all non-turbos), but what's the flow rate (lb/hr)...

main reason I'm asking is because I have a lack of high RPM power sometimes... thinking there could be a fuel delivery problem...
