1990 Volvo 740 GLE NEED ADVISE ON PROBLEMS

I purchased a 1990 Volvo 740 GLE after having the 240 Series all of my life. I'm in need of help this this particular type. Don't know much about this car but the more I learn, the more I'm learning it will cost for repairs. The car has 241,631 original miles on it. What I have had done so far:
a. Replaced Valve Cover Gaskets
b. Replaced Fuel Filter
c. Fuel Injectors cleaned
d. Engine treated with ZMAX (smililar to Slick 50, etc)
e. Replaced Front Rotors
f. Replaced Read Brakes, Rotors, and Calipers
g. About to Replace Timing and Balance Belts at a cost of $430 (can it be done cheaper?)
h. Replaced Altenator, powersteering and AC Belts

My problems right now:
a. It idles very strangely and stalls occasionally at a traffic light but will start right up.
b. There is a leak somewhere and cannot seem to find it. Some told me it could be the head gasket. ( I don't know)
c. When very cold outside, what I consider to be larger than normal vapors(steam) comming from tailpipe. ( I don't know what normal vapors should look like since I have never owned a 16valve before)
d. I smell burnt oil when I get out of car but not inside car from Air vents or in exhaust fumes. Just when I shut off car and wind blows in my direction.

Any help in trying to understand this thing would be great at this point. Car is in great condition except for some minor electrical things. The right head lamp is dim but I think that is because of the right taillight circuit board being bad. The left side of things are fine. Any more ideas on what or how to fix these problems. ANY HELP would be greatly a preciated. I live in Vermont so the weather is pretty cold.

THanks in ADVANCE!!!
