Do I have a Case? 900 1991

Took my car to the dealer to have the heater core replaced. All seemed well but called the dealer to complain about hissing sound coming from engine area. Over the weekend the car suffered a catastrophic loss of coolant. Dealer says that I blew a heater hose? Was the dealer negligent in fixing my car? Do I have case?
