Oil leak, which seal??? 700

I have an oil leak on my '85 744 GLE, it is just above the water pump, not the water pump seal though, obviously. I was told this is the front cam seal, but when looking through Volvo Green Service Manuals, it doesn't appear to be. The Green Books tell me the front cam seal is below where my oil seal is.

Can anyone tell me what seal this is and what steps are involved if I go about replacing it?
