Oil Pan Leaks 200 1990

I have a 1990 240DL with a 230F engine. I have changed the oil pan gasket 3 times in the last year. It doesn't leak right away, but within a couple hundered miles, it begins leaking again on the passenger side rear of engine. I check the oil seal, and it's not leaking there. Has anyone else had a similar problem, and if so, how do you correct this situation.
