242 tic vs bmw z4

Hi!

I was planning to put the B36 into my 242, but now I've found a B230ET + m46 + clutch for the same cost. The B230ET has performance air filter, new intercooler, electrical harness, and all things I need to rebuild (currently have an a engine).

The engine has standard 186hp, and now outputs 195hp. I think it has 270nm, but I'm not sure.
I will of course put 3" exhaust from jt-tuning.se and gain some more "free" hp/nm. I dont know if this engine can be chipped or not.

My question is like follows:

A BMW Z4 weighs 1335kg. It has 224hp in a row6 engine. It has 300nm.
The Z4 has 225/45-17 tires and rear wheel drive.

If I have 250hp/300+nm tic in my 242 which weighs 1100+kg, and have 225/45-17 tires, diff. brake. Will my 242 then accelerate better than the Z4?

The Z4 uses 5.9 from 0-60mph (0-100km/h)
