90-92 740 Turbo Garrett T-28 700

I searched through the FAQ, and some in the archives, but I was unable to find specs on the 90-92 740 turbo, specifically the T-28 that came on these motors,
(What A/R, what wheels, etc)

can anyone enlighten me on this or link me to a page with the information?

I've seemed to have looked all over with no luck.
