MY 240 200 1980

My 80 240 will not idle when cold. On real cold mornings it usually takes 3 or 4 trys before it idles after some coaxing with the right foot. It runs fine out on the road when moving, but idling at a stop it is very rough. Right before the weather turned to winter it recieved new battery, fuel pumps, plugs, wires, dist. cap, new air and gas filters. Also check for vacuum leaks and found none. What did I over look?? Thanks for the help.
