ATE rear calipers - 38mm pistons, can anyone help?

One of the right rear pistons on the ATE rear calipers is cracked. So instead of an O contacting the shim when depressing the pedal, it is more like a C now since a tiny portion of it is chipped. Actually, the chip is even smaller than that.

Nevertheless, this does have me concerned. Is there a way to just replace the pistons? Or if someone is near a junkyard or has a 38mm piston caliper laying about (haha right), can you send it to me and I will gladly pay you back? Otherwise, I may have to buy a new one, and I'd really prefer not doing that unless I have to.

Thanks!!
