My rear tailpipe has been missing for awhile. I've noticed it is a little louder with it gone. Is there a way for a DIY to buy the pipe and put it on or does it need to be welded. Also, does the new tailpipe need to be installed with a new muffler? Thanks for your help! ('89 745)
