Turbo swaybars on a 16v 745? 700

I found a 87 745Ti in a junkyard not tot far from me. Would It be possible to take the swaybars off of that and install them on my 90 16v 745? Do swaybars wear out? Turbo swaybars are stiffer aren't they? If it is possible/ practical What bushings and stuff do I need.
